Cracked Button

Hi, the button has cracked on two doorbell pro units I purchased two years ago. Surely, this should not happen considering I paid €250 for each unit. I would expect a longer life from what is supposed to be a big brand market leading product. The fact that I am also paying a subscription to Ring, surely you should replace these buttons, otherwise you will lose me as a customer. Ian
