Constantly needs to be reset
My doorbell will randomly stop working. It will not for live video and the history will stop. I will has to take it off and hit the reset button on the back to get it to function properly again. It was happening about once every 2 weeks but it’s starting to happen more frequently. I had to reset it 5 days ago and then again about 12 hours ago. I just checked it again to make sure it was working and the history has stopped about 6 hours ago so now I need to reset it again. Resetting it every 6 hours makes it useless. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi @gyoung3. If your Doorbell becomes unresponsive and requires a reset in order to reconnect to your wifi network, it could be due to a weak signal. It may be helpful for you to look into our [Community Post](https://community.ring.com/t5/Ring-Device-Tips-and-How-To-s/How-it-Works-Your-Ring-Device-RSSI-Good-vs-Poor/ba-p/751#M4) on RSSI to learn more and see how you can improve this signal. If the RSSI looks solid and this is still occurring, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They'll be able to take a deeper look at your device and your account to get this sorted out.
