Connecting Ring door bell to existing chime

When connecting my 12C existing door chime to my Ring doorbell, the chime” ding dong” non stop. I also have the WIFI extender/ chime connected in my doorbell. Want to connect it as I will not have to put my doorbell battery on charge every 2 months.

Hi @Roger2515. What specific doorbell model do you have, and what model chime kit? In your Ring app, do you have a mechanical or digital chime kit selected?
