Code P1-79 - Doorbell Offline

We purchased the Ring video doorbell Pro in XXXX. It has served as well over the years, but recently we it has goes offline and does not come back unless we do a manual reset. This only lasted a week, or is again offline. Code: P1-79 Is there a way to permanently fix the error or does this mean the unit is failing?
