Change of ownership
How can I change ownership as I bought used ring doorbell from private seller for cash and but can’t get through them , I have all equipment and box for it now need help to get ownership change as I got stuff with me and I have attached pics of all stuff, I wanna get sorted need support plz

The standard page does not answer this question, I myself bought a second hand ring2 from a couple leaving the country I have no contact for them, how do I transfer the doorbell into my name and a new account?
