Cannot charge my ring doorbell with a plug in charger
Hi there, I have a ring 2 (I think) & have a plug in charger (see attached photo) but when it’s plugged in it doesn’t charge the doorbell? Am I using the right charger? Thx Paul
Hi @Bagster07. What model of Doorbell do you have? You can verify this by checking the original packaging or by looking at the back of the Doorbell itself. Once I know which model of Doorbell you have, I can point you in the right direction to ensure that you're using the appropriate charging cable.
