Blue ring on doorbell flashes when charging
When charging the blue ring flashes, what can I do to get it to charge.

Hi @Jen75nj. Can you please share which model of Ring Doorbell you have? You can find the model name of your Doorbell on the original packaging or on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Have you tried charging the battery using the provided charging cable included in the original packaging? I'd

UMine is doing the same thing! I’ve only had my camera for a few months and it didn’t do that when I first charged it. I called ring support and she said it was normal but I honestly don’t think she understood what I was saying. I tried to upload a video but it wouldn’t upload.

Mine does this too. It’s the entire ring not just segments when it’s charging. Device never fully charges even on solar or hardwired. It’s a dead brick. Thankful for my other camera.
