Black Videos on Ring Doorbell

I've seen several articles on here about the black videos and none have really helped. Starting around noon on 1/5, all of my videos have recorded just black and I'm no longer able to access my live stream. Any thoughts on what would cause this to ask of a sudden happen? My device health looks good in the app with a RSSI - 55

Hi @akordula. Black Video is often related network issues. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023439472-Fixing-Black-Video-Errors-by-Adjusting-Your-Router) has some great tips and tricks for correcting this.
