Black ring around video Doorbell Plus
I just bought the battery doorbell plus and it has a black ring around it, almost like a fish lens view and blurry around the edges. All the marketing material I have seen arent like this peep view My 2nd gen was better with a wide view and no blurryness.

Hi @user2294841. The black ring around the Doorbell is normal since the Battery Doorbell Plus has a head-to-toe view. As for the blurryness, it looks like it may be due to a dirty lens. I recommend cleaning your lens with a soft cloth to see if it helps. If not, give our support team a call for further assistance.
