Battery status viewing

Question

Know one can view battery life on phone app, but similar access is na on laptop. Why? This is really stupid. How hard could it be to generate some code to allow this function. Unless if course Ring could care less about customers.

Hi @user78444. You are able to view the battery percentage of your Ring Doorbell in the Ring app. This Help Center page will show you how to view your Doorbells Battery Level. At the moment, Battery Life status is not available. As we value our neighbors’ feedback, we’ve created a Feature Request board. Feel free to add this and any future feature requests there. This will help us to organize and share your requests with our teams here, as well as allow other neighbors to comment and add interest, all in one place.
