Battery drained on wired video doorbell
If I have a wired video doorbell 3+ why is the battery draining. I thought that by wiring it the battery would always be at full charge? Is this correct or has our electrician wired it incorrectly.

Hi neighbors. If you've hardwired your Battery Operated Ring doorbells, it should provide a trickle charge to your batteries. Same issue on my video doorbell 3. Replaced the entire unit, still having the same issue, even when I disable everything (alerts, notifications, live view).
