App downloads
I downloaded the Ring app to my phone and Alexa. When my husband tried to download the app, it wouldn’t let him. It said that it was already registered to an owner. Is there not any way for us to both have it on our phones? Can I give the app permission? Thanks in advance. Version 3+ if that helps.

Hey @bbutler10191. There can be only one owner of the device at a time, which is why it said there was already a owner when he went to set it up. Although, since it is already set up on your account, you will just need to add him as a shared user now!
