Amazon deliveries don't ping or notify me

Question

I'm really tired of my AMAZON deliveries NOT being recorded on our RING3 camera, none whatsoever! I get visitors all the time and they show up on my camera at the start of my front walkway. But NOPE, not Amazon people. It's really annoying because we have set the camera from wall to wall to the road and this area definitely should include deliveries. The Amazon driver even snaps a photo of my package at the doorstep and I receive an email notification, so why DOESN'T the camera record??????

Hi @Whataworld. I was able to find this Community [post](https://community.ring.com/t/motion-recording-for-fedex-delivery-missed/775) where other neighbors had a similar concern as yours with their Doorbells not detecting motion when packages were delivered. There is a marked solution, with troubleshooting steps to try and what to do if those steps do not work for you.
