All motion recordings are 21-22 seconds...on a wired doorbell

I understand that a battery-powered Ring doorbell will by default record for 20 seconds. I have the "Video Doorbell Wired", and despite my recording settings (I've tried 60 and 90 seconds), all of my recordings are 21-22 seconds long, even if motion is continuing. Any ideas why it is limiting the recordings like that?

Hi @Caduceus. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040293791-Adjust-the-Video-Recording-Length-on-Your-Battery-Powered-Devices) will go over these settings. You may have to also make adjustments to your [Motion Settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032947972-Refining-Your-Motion-Alert-Notifications-for-People-and-Other-Motions-) to ensure that you're recording the entire time during a motion event.
