Alexa won’t connect to the ring cam door bell

Question

I have Amazon Alexa Show and it won’t connect to Ring Doorbell, it says to disable and re-enable in the Alexa Ap, which I’ve done, but still so go.

Hey @Dana67. Are you uninstalling the Ring skill, or the Alexa App when doing that troubleshooting? You will want to make sure you disable the Ring skill and then re-enable the skill to see if that helps. In addition, are you unable to pull up the Live View, or you do not see the Doorbell under the devices that your Alexa is connected to? You may want to reach out to Amazon Alexa support to ensure this is not a concern with your Alexa device.
