Why when I invite someone to have access to my already active Ring device is it asking her to “set up a new device”

      Hi, I've invited a new user and he has set himself with an account. The invite email doesn't land in his inbox (or junk/spam). I've sent the invite 3 times now and triple checked the email address. Any ideas? Thanks.

      Hi @yogijudi, happy to step in for Marley here. You may want to have your Shared User check their spam filters to ensure there are no filters blocking Ring emails from coming through.
