Ring Video Doorbell

Activating Device

Unable to connect the device to my phone. Went through a breakup and my girlfriend had access to the ring, it is still at my house under my email and Ring account. Removed all devices under my account so that she would no longer have access, and it says that the device is still registered to the owner, but I am them owner. Any clue how to fix this?
