Question

Is there any mechanism to retrieve older video footage from a ring device?  There is footage that is potentially useful for an on-going police enquiry, but the footage is from a few months ago and outside of my storage setting.

Hi @user60054. There is not; once recordings are deleted by you or removed because they are past your set storage time, they are permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved by Ring.
