Ring doorbell won’t connect to my strong WiFi or the Chime Pro. Completely useless. Avoid Ring they are a waste of money

Make sure the battery is charged. Make sure you aren't using a VPN. Make sure you are on a 2.4ghz network, not 5g. If the doorbell was working at some point, check the RSSI and check the online status. Also see: https://www.smarthomeperfected.com/ring-doorbell-unable-to-join-network/
