A black square has appeared blocking the lens

Hopefully someone can helpSince yesterday my ring 2 doorbell is showing a large black square. It is as if something is blocking a large part of the camera lens. I have checked and there is nothing blocking the lens.A screen shop is on the attached word document Thank you
