2nd generation won’t turn on after full charge

I set up the camera last night. It’s been charging for over 12 hours it’s just flashing a continuous blue light but does work. However the moment I take out the charger after it telling me the battery is 100% and the wifi connection is good. It just won’t turn on at all. When I go to the app it just says it’s offline but if I put the charger back in it works fine. Iv restarted it twice an it’s still the same
