2015 Ring video doorbell - trying to find qr code

I have a ring video doorbell given to me in 2015 that I am trying to install but I can’t find the QR code it asks me to scan. I think it is relatively old so none of the models reflect what the back looks like and I cannot figure out if any parts front or back come off. I have tried prying parts off gently but nothing seems to give way and I don’t want to force the wrong part and break it. Does anyone have any experience with this model? Thanks.
