Hi @gdgroves. To clarify, which Ring Doorbell are you referring to? You can find a list of them all in our Buyer's Guide [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035250032-The-Ring-Doorbell-Buyer-s-Guide). You can also find the power supply options for each Doorbell on that list. You should only use the included charging cable for any of the Doorbells that have a rechargeable battery, as we can't guarantee that anything made by a third-party will work properly with our Doorbells.
