Wifi Setup limitations + False Alarms + Video Artifacts
I have 7 ring devices and just had to change my WiFi. This is a strange process as I am forced to reset every device **individually**. This is very time consuming. A method need to be available to reset **all** Ring device on the same network. Further, The setup process requires a temporary/setup wifi network. This is never the SSID that the RIng App presents which always ends with 3b. Different Ring SSIDs appear in the iPhone WiFi setup. These work if I ignore the suggested Ring SSID. That is not good. My RIng Stickup CAMS are plagued with video artifacts causing false alarms. Surely you MUST fix these issues. Please reply to my account email address

Hi @AMCD. If you need to change the wifi network that your Ring Doorbell or Camera is connected to, you can follow these steps in the Ring App:1. Tap on the three lines on the top left2. Tap **Devices**3. Select doorbell or security camera you need to reconnect to wifi—the next screen should be the Device Dashboard4. Tap on **Device Health**5. Tap on **Reconnect to Wifi** or **Change Wifi Network**In the case that you have changed your wifi network completely, you would need to go through the above steps for each Ring device you have. Like @SolarEclipse suggested, you can also change the network SSID and password of your new network to match the existing network. Your Ring devices should automatically reconnect to the wifi network in that case.
