Why does my camera that is plugged into an outlet show up as connected to solar?

I have two Stick-Up Cam (3rd Gen) that I was powering by solar. I have removed the solar panels, they are now being powered by a barrel plug, which is plugged into an outlet. There is constant power. I am trying to access the 24/7 live recording that I am paying for. However, my app still shows both cameras as being powered by solar. Which is not the case. Both solar panels have been removed. I have changed the power mode from battery to wired. That has not fixed the issue. I have done a reboot of both cameras, it has not fixed the issue. I am at a loss for ideas.
