Weeks delay for batteries?

Ordered pack of 2 quick release batteries for spotlight cameras on Dec. 12, 2021 with delivery promised 1 to 5 days. Now, they won't be deliver for at least 3 to 5 weeks but the charge has already been made against my credit card. Yes, I will do a charge back when 55 days has passed, but why is Ring prioritizing new customer orders over existing customer orders?
