Video playback freezes
Video playback freezes in the first 2-3 seconds of every recording in history. the live feed has no issues. the camera in question has an RSSI between 31-34 depending on the outside temperature. I need to figure out how to fix this as that is the point when a person is approaching

it happens on both Mobile and PC when viewing historical videos, live does not pause I downloaded to my pc 1 video and there is a slight freeze

@c2computing Thank you for sharing that example. I don't see the video freezing, but I did see a slight stutter. What are your internet upload and download speeds? Both are required for videos to be properly recorded and uploaded from Ring devices. How many Ring devices do you have?

THi @cscomputing. Those are great internet speeds. Are you on a 2.4GHz or 5GHz network? This may very well just be from environmental factors or other types of interference. As Caitlyn mentioned, the video is otherwise great quality.

Hi @c2computing. Do you have a video example of the freezing on video playback? Does this happen when reviewing videos across mobile devices and on desktop? If you download a video to your phone or computer, does the freezing still occur?
