Unacceptable WiFi setup and connection
I purchased this outdoor stickup battery product to replace another I got from Amazon. Unless I am standing next to my router it will not connect. This is for outdoors and useless for what I need it to do. The Amazon one connects without a problem so I know my WiFi is working. Not sure what else to check. Going back this week.

Hi @Chuckj7777. You can always try rebooting your router to see if that will improve the connection at all. Also, you can do a quick test by connecting your Stick Up Cam to a wifi hotspot. If you are able to connect, there may need to be some adjustments made to your wifi network. If you are unable to connect, you will need to contact our support team to see what might be happening.
