Two seperate accounts

So may be a simple answer. Basically we have a situation were we have one person living downstairs and the other upstairs. They want security in their rooms but have asked me if they can each have a seperate account but still link to the same wifi router. I'm sure I said why not just just open one account and both join but its the "being in control of their own camera" Any ideas
