Timestamp on videos is now an hour behind

I have noticed that the timestamps on the videos are now showing 1 hr behind the actual time of the events. Is there a timezone choice or something that can be updated to show the correct timestamps? example: event happened at 10:30:09 pm, but watching the video replay the timestamp shows 9:30:09 pm. I have changed nothing on any settings or setup, just the daylight saving time happened back in March.

Hey @bsrice. When the Ring app creates a timestamp for your Ring event history, it is taking the time based off of your address that you have on file. Therefore, the timezone that the Ring app is taking is taken from the latitude and longitude of your address. I recommend going into the Ring app \> Main Menu \> Settings \> and ensure your full address, including city, state and zip code is accurate! If you find that it is accurate and the timestamp is still off, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We're taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19. This has resulted in longer than normal wait times.
