Tap camera preview for live view shared user

As the primary user I have the option under view to activate “tap camera preview for live view”. My shared user does not have this option, and my activating it does not seem to give them the same feature. I like this feature as it’s one click to live video, which is a time saver and one less click. Is this an option for shared users?

    Hi @AtreyuArtax. If possible, can you provide a screenshot of what the Shared User does see when checking the settings in their Ring App? Additionally, do they have the Event Timeline enabled or not? This can be found under the Account settings by tapping the main menu in the top left-hand corner.

      They do have Event Timeline enabled. I tried it both on and off. I’ve attached two pics of what is seen in the shared users app for device and device settings.

      @AtreyuArtax Thanks for sharing those screenshots. Have them uninstall the Ring App, restarting their phone, and reinstall the Ring App. If they're still unable to activate Live View simply by tapping the device preview, I'd recommend touching base with our support team so they can take a closer look for you.
