Still Receiving Alerts

We recently moved, but left the garage ring camera at our old house. We deactivated the camera from our account, but we are still getting notifications. The wifi was shut off to the house as well, but we are still getting alerts. How do we stop the alerts? We did take one of the cameras to our new location and are able to get those notifications.

Hi @user_855f7e. If you are getting notifications from the camera, it is not deactivated. You can try removing the device from your Ring app. Information on how to do this can be found here: https://ring.com/support/articles/26il9/deactivating-or-deleting-a-ring-doorbell-camera-or-smart-light
