Hi @user197708. You can try resetting your Stick Up Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, set your Stick Up Cam back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. It’s been 3 days since the camera was installed. This started immediately. Also, as i said in the OP…It’s a wired stickup cam, no battery to charge.
