Stick up cam question

Hi there. I just got the stick up cam to put facing out a window. I cant put it outside. It is not picking up and motion. I checked the settings but still nothing. Any suggestions?

Hi @Kalalillee. Placing the Stick Up Cam directly facing a window is not recommended as the glass on the window will impact its ability to detect motion through the window. If possible, you'll want to try and reposition the Stick Up Cam so that it's not directly facing a window as this will allow the motion detection to function properly. I hope this helps clear things up. :)
