Stick up cam no live video

Hello,I’m having trouble with the Stick up cam (3d gen).I can’t get the live feed to load, my wifi connection is strong and I made sure it’s only 2.4Ghz just in case.I also have the Stick up cam pro and an indoor cam which work without issues.I have several Stick up cams and none of them load the feed on wifi so it’s not a specific device issue.I tried connecting them to my phones hotspot and everything works then.When I try to load the live feed the camera does turn the blue light on.Any help is appreciated!
