Stick up cam 3rd gen still not recognising RING WIRED ADAPTER

Brand new 3rd gen stick up outdoor cam. Powering it wired constantly gives the loss of power error despite staying at 100% and showing solar charging on the battery indicator..wired mode works as it should with 24/7 recording and battery staying at 100%. This is even with the RING GENUINE ADAPTER. There has been current issues where it's automatically switched to battery mode and turned 24/7 off. This seems to be an app bug ? Or latest cam firmware. This error started in 2023.i can't believe nothings been done!!
