Spotlight Pro Cam light comes on randomly

I installed 2 x Spotlight Pro Cams in January - one at the front door, the other at the back door. The set up is exactly the same except for motion zones. Lights are Off on both and Motion-Activated Lights are On on both. The front door cam appears to be operating as expected but the back door cam is not. The lights come on randomly for no apparent reason in addition to coming on as expected when motion is detected. I’ve also noticed that the Lights settings in the mobile app reset randomly to On as I navigate the screens - not always, I haven’t figured out any pattern yet. If the Light setting for a specific product is affected, it always appears to be the Back Door Cam, never the Front Door Cam. This seems like a faulty cam. I also suspect the app is misbehaving. Can anyone advise?

    Hi @user71137. The Lights toggle is how you can manually turn the light on or off. The Motion-Activated Lights toggle is how you control whether the light comes on with motion or not. I’d suggest rebooting the Camera you’re experiencing issues with by using the reboot option from the Device Health page.
