Ring Security Cameras

Spotlight Cameras motion zones are now cut down by 33%
We have multiple Ring cameras, alarms and devices on both of our properties. I've had no issues until somewhat recently. On one of our properties, both of our solar powered cameras (1 Spotlight Cam and 1 Spotlight Cam Plus) have lost the top third of the image area in the "Camera Motion Zone". Meaning, I can no longer have those areas be monitored for motion. I only realized this, when I had a planter stolen out of my driveway, and it was completely undetected by a camera less than 20' away. I'm not sure what has changed, or how to correct it. I've had full access to choose the whole "live view" area in the past. I was getting too many alerts, so I minimized the area to be just past the edge of my driveway. Now, I can't even select my entire driveway (which is only about 25' long). I can only see about 2/3 of my driveway in the Camera Motion Zone. I called technical support and they said there's nothing that can be done to correct that. I'm also having the same issue in my backyard, where I have a camera over my deck, viewing the back of our house. The deck is only about 20' long, and it was all included in my original Camera Motion Zone. Now, I've lost a third of that, as well, which means our back door is no longer monitored for motion, rendering this camera completely useless. Does this mean I'll have to purchase new cameras, to recover these two small areas that have been monitored for the past few years? If so, I guess I'll look for a less expensive option than repurchasing Ring cameras. I didnt realize I'd need to replace these every 2-3 years. Any helpful advice would be appreciated.
