Spotlight Cam Pro Video occasionally corrupts and freezes in motion recordings

Hello! Live View works great! It’s only on recordings. RSSI is around -62

UI’ve also noticed that, in all video clips that has this frozen issue, the pre-roll video is not attached to the beginning of the video.

THi @user_ef61e6. This appears to be from packet loss. This happens during the process of the video saving, where "packets" of information are lost or corrupted due to a weak signal. If you can, improve your RSSI by adding a Chime Pro or moving a wifi node closer to your device. This may also be from interference, so check your surrounding area for the devices mentioned.

Hi @user_ef61e6. This could be a network or signal issue, since the video appears to freeze for several seconds. Do you notice if this happens during Live View also, or is it only video playback? What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page in the Ring app? This gives an indication of how strong the wifi signal to your Ring device is.
