Spotlight Cam Firmware Version

I have two spotlight cam wired 2nd gen. Using the windows dashboard, one shows "8.0.32" and "Up to Date" and the other shows "10.0.23" and " Up to date". Why are they not at the same version? and is there a way to force the update? I have tried to force the update by power cycling, restarting, etc. but that didn't work.
