Spotcam wiring using cat 5 or 6

I am replacing older Lorex outdoor cameras. I have existing cat 5 or 6 wiring to the location. Is there a way to hardwire the ring cam to this low voltage wiring ? And can I create a plug for The ring can out of this wiring ?
