Sound Smart Notification on both Chime and iPhone at same time - is that possible?

I want an audible notification from my Security Cam on both my Chime and on my iOS app, but they seem to be mutually exclusive, unless I have incorrectly configured it? Is it possible to have a smart motion sound notification on both a Chime and iOS app at the same time?
