Snapshots not recorded for one hour after motion detection

One of my Ring cams consistently does not record snapshots for exactly one hour after motion detection. Other cams do this intermittently with no pattern to when they will or will not record snapshots after motion detection. No recent app updates. I have rebooted the devices. I have toggled Snapshots on and off. This was addressed in another post with no resolution posted by Ring support. Has anyone been able to resolve this?
