Sien very quiet now, after working perfectly since May

I test my cameras for functionality at least once per week. This week, my floodlight cam wired pro, has a very quiet siren. Not sounding as loud as it used to do.Ive powered the device down for 5 minutes twice, to see if this reboots it.Siren still very quiet although the tone etc is fine.Anyone have this issue before?Im a vulnerable pensioner, so any quick help is greatfully appreciated.
