Shipping delays Australia 10 days since ordering

Ordered from Ring.com on the 10th of December 2021 and its now the 21st and nothing has changed with my order. It still says processing. Is there an issue with stock? Why hasn't it shipped? I've never waited this long for a product to ship from ring. I called the customer service line and the guy was useless. He kept me on the phone for over an hour and still did not solve my problem.
