I was able to view videos a couple of days ago of the last time my son visited my home before his passing. I stared the videos as I was viewing them. Now they are all gone. Ring customer service is terrible. Broken English and no condolences by the representative. This is the last footage I have of my son.

Hi @user_1f78d0. I'm so sorry for your loss. Unfortunately, once recordings are deleted, it is permanent and cannot be retrieved. Furthermore, starring videos does not store videos permanently. If you would like videos to be stored for as long as you want, you would need to download them onto your phone or computer.
