Ring Spotlight Cam Wired Plus lights not stable

I purchased a Ring Spotlight Cam Wired Plus and overall it's been working fine. However, the lights don't stay in their position. Any wind and they just droop and point down. There is no tightening screw that I could find for the lights, just the camera, and even the camera is dropping over time. What can I do to fix this?
