I’ve had a ring doorbell and a ring floodlight camera which has worked perfectly fine for years but for the last 2 weeks the video playback is jerky and it freezes. My WiFi signal is good. I have a good RSSI signal and I have even got a replacement router to rule that out. Why have they both suddenly stopped working???

    Hi @stevieboyracer1. Those were excellent troubleshooting steps to try for your concern. You can also try rebooting your Cameras using the Ring app to see if it helps. We also have this Help Center page with other steps to try. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.

      had the exact same issue and same set up as yourself, nothing resolves it, spent hours on the phone with support, it’s so bad… gig1 broadband,do you have a samsung by any chance?
