Ring Floodlight cam

easily installed the Ring floodlight cam but cant find the QR code ...plus my phone doesn't scan these codes anyway. Do I have any option to get my camera/floodlight operational? Thanbks Mike e

Hi @user_432cbb. The QR code is located on the back of the device, or on the original packaging. If you cannot find it, there should be an option to setup without scanning. Make sure your phone is using the most recent version of the Ring app for best results.
