Ring car camera broken

Question

I had the ring car cam for a while and it’s been out of service for almost half a year and ring said that they had a lot of problems with them and they said when they put them back in stock they will send everyone replacements that went bad. It’s been a heck of a long time since that happened and now I’m stuck with a broken dash cam. Any help here when it will come back in stock?
